DevOps Engineer

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer at ZGEN you’ll be working with our infra and back-end teams on the Guild.xyz GCP and Hetzner infrastructure, Ethereum and Polygon nodes, CI/CD pipelines. You’ll be working together with a highly experienced and passionate team. You'll be able to have a strong infrastructure impact on a product which used by tens of thousands people daily basis.

What you’ll be doing

• Configuration management and Infrastructure as Code
• Improving serviceability
• GitHub Actions (CI/CDs)
• Help in migration from Hetzner On-Premises to Gcloud
• Learn and adopt Kubernetes and other Cloud-Native solutions

Things we look for

• Deep knowledge of Containers (Docker) and Linux
• 2+ years experience with GCP
• Experience with Highly-Available Distributed Systems: Scaling, Fault-Tolerance, Load-Balancing, Networking, Security, etc.
• Experience with Kubernetes

Bonus points

• Experience with P2P technologies, Ethereum nodes, GitOps, Ansible, Terraform, Authentication protocols, Cryptography
• Experience with Go/TypeScript/NodeJS
